New Xperia Z4 Tablet Ad Showcases The Tablet's Main Selling Points

Back in March Sony announced to the world the Xperia Z4 Tablet and the device got quite a bit of attention. But since then Sony has been pretty quite about the device. All Sony has really done with the device since its initial announcement is put it up for pre-order in select parts of Europe for €559. Still, two months later, there is no US release date or even release window. When the device does hit the US though, it is expected to cost around $600.

Today though, Sony has given their fans a little something to hold them over while they wait for the Xperia Z4 Tablet to be released. That little something is an ad, and a good one at that. Said ad focuses on use-cases for the device that apply to regular people. One of those use-cases even points out the water water-resistant IP 68 rating that the Z4 Tablet possesses. Needless to say, the ad focuses on what regular people want to hear about it that will in turn make them desire it.

Some of you out there may be sitting there reading this article and not know what the Xperia Z4 Tablet is. So, let’s take a second to review some of the devices notable specs and features. The Xperia Z4 Tablet would come out the box running Android Lollipop and sporting a beautifully crisp 10.1-inch 2560 x 1600p display. Inside the device is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The device, as mentioned above, also has an IP 68 rating, meaning that the device is not only water resistant, but dust resistant as well. As you can see, the Xperia Z4 Tablet is no slouch when it comes to specs.

With the Xperia Z4 Tablet being as powerful and capable of a device as it is, it will surely sell well, especially in Europe. Sony just needs to figure their game plan out with this tablet. It’s now two months after its unveiling and you still can’t pick one up anywhere. If Sony can get the device out soon before it becomes obsolete compared to its competition, they’ve got themselves a great selling device on their hands.
