Both products are available to purchase separately, as well as can be bought and connected to work together. Although, you have probably tried a number of security kits before, the Privacy Camera on offer is designed to be unique, as it includes the ability to remotely close off the camera from the app. Unlike other cameras which simply turn on or off, the Myfox Security camera comes equipped with a motorized shutter which can be activated (from the app) and ensures the user maintains a maximum level of privacy when they are home. Likewise, by remotely opening the shutter, ensures the user’s home and valuables are secure while away. The Myfox Security Camera is able to monitor in 1080p, offers two-way audio as well as 4x zoom. On the other side of things, the Myfox Alarm kit is designed to intelligent understand and keep your home protected while you are away. The alarm uses algorithms to detect intruders and is said to be able to tell the difference between an intruder and a ball bouncing against the door. Therefore, providing your home, family and valuables with the security they need. Once a detection is noted, the app will notify you that the alarm has been activated allowing you to call the authorities.
For those interested, both the Security Camera and Home Alarm kit are now available to buy. the Security Camera is available for $199 while the Home Alarm kit (which includes the alarm, smart sensor, key fob and the central hub wireless link) will cost $279. The system is designed to be able to add additional elements as and when needed, therefore, you can purchase additional sensors for $49.99 each or additional key fobs for $29.99 each.
