Motorola’s ‘Moto’ line of devices has become quite popular over the last couple of year. The company is currently selling the budget Moto E and Moto G devices, and their Moto X flagship. That being said, Motorola is expected to announce the third-gen Moto G and Moto X devices soon, perhaps even on the company’s July 28th event which was scheduled recently. The Moto G is still considered to be one of the best mid-range smartphones out in the market, and we’ve already seen a ton of leaks regarding the upcoming 3rd-gen model.
Speaking of which, a new leak surfaced quite recently. If you take a look at the provided image, you’ll notice what seem to be Moto Maker options for the upcoming Moto G. Keep in mind that we really can’t know if this is fake or not, so take this info with a grain of salt. Judging by this leak, you’ll be able to choose between Black and White front housing colors, while there will be quite a few rear housing colors available. You’ll also be able to customize accents on the Moto G in various ways, as you can see in the provided image. The 8 and 16GB variants of Moto G are listed here along with 2GB of RAM, which seems a bit odd. According to previous rumors, Motorola actually intends to release both 1 and 2GB variants of the Moto G, and the 1GB model is clearly not listed here. The FlipShells will be available as well, and you’ll be able to choose from 5 different color options, at least according to this leak. If you choose to purchase the FlipShell, you’ll have to splash out $19.99.
That being said, this is not the first time that we’re seeing Moto G Moto Maker info. @upleaks has shared a number of Moto G Moto Maker combinations a while back, click here if you’d like to check that out. Motorola will quite probably unveil the all new Moto G during the company’s press conference on July 28th, and we’ll be present at the event. The Moto G (2015) is rumored to sport a 5-inch 720p display and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. The 1 and 2GB variants will reportedly be available as well, and both the Snapdragon 410 and 610 have been mentioned thus far.
