Letv is a Chinese company which launched three really compelling smartphones (Le Superphones) earlier this year, the Letv Le 1, Le 1 Pro and Le Max. All three of these devices sport rather powerful specs on the inside, and the latter two are made out of metal. That being said, Letv has managed to sell 1 million of these three devices in just one month, which is quite a feat for the company considering these are their first handsets ever. According to the info the company has provided, 59.7% of their users are male, and 40.3% female. 38.61% of those users are born in the 90s, 38.80% in the 80s, 15.25% in the 70s and 7.34% of them belong in ‘Others’ category. Interestingly enough, it seems like Letv managed to sell most Le 1 devices (69.63%), while they were able to move 20.16% of Le 1 Pro and 10.21% of Le Max units (based on the overall sales numbers, of course). Another interesting fact this research covers, is the Monthly Income Analysis of Letv’s users. According to the provided info, most of the company’s users earn between 5,000 and 10,000 RMB ($787 – $1,574), and the vast majority of their user base purchased a device with no discount and no bundled data plan (79.86%). Letv has also provided some info regarding user behavior when it comes to updating the UI of the phone (EUI). The company says that 88.43% of users updated Le 1, 92% of them did the same on the Le 1 Pro, and 90% of users updated their Le Max devices. The Letv Le 1 is the lowest-end out of these three devices, but it’s also quite powerful at the same time. The device features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and is fueled by MediaTek’s Helio X10 64-bit octa-core SoC. The 13-megapixel shooter is available on the back of this phone, and the device looks really sleek. The Le 1 Pro also sports a 5.5-inch display, but a QHD one. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core SoC, and sports 4GB of RAM. The Le Max is the company’s premium phablet, and the biggest one out of the bunch. This monstrosity sports a 6.33-inch QHD display up front, along with 4GB of RAM and is also powered by the Snapdragon 810 SoC. The 21-megapixel camera (IMX230) is available on its back, and it sports really thin side bezels.
