Mystery LG Device With Embedded Camera Surfaces On TENAA

The last few months has seen a sheer increase in the volume of leaks coming through and largely thanks to the number of smartphones that have emerged of late. Luckily, most of those including the OnePlus 2, Moto X, Moto G, Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ have all been announced now and likewise, the rumor mill is churning at a slightly slower pace now. Of course, there does always seem to be some device in the works or being rumored on and if the current HTC One A9, HTC O2, Huawei Nexus or LG Nexus 5X is not enough to sink your teeth into, then there is also this new device which has now been spotted passing through TENAA.

The device is made by LG and seems to be one that is causing some degree of attention due to its less than orthodox look and and features Although, the TENAA images are not the most revealing, what is making this appear to be a device no one is aware of is the ‘V’ logo being used on the back of the device. Now, those with a good memory will be aware that LG have used V as a naming mechanism in the past like on the ‘LG Optimus V’ or ‘LG The V’ (for those who really have a good memory). But that has not been something the company has done in any recent memory device. As such, it is causing some debate as to what this actually might be.

Another extremely interesting element to the images that have surfaced, is that they seem to show the front facing camera is actually embedded into the screen of the device. Which would make it more unusual than the devices currently available from LG, or anyone for that matter. Of course, with very little to go on it is difficult to say what level this device will be aimed at. The pictures do seem to suggest it has a textured back and advanced camera features and so it could easily be more of a high-end unit. However, it could also not be. Not to mention, it might be a device which is only heading to specific regions. Until more is know, it does look like an interesting device and one to keep an eye out for.
