ZTE Grand X View Tablet Lands at Bell and Virgin Mobile

It was just last month that the new ZTE Grand X 2 smartphone made its way to Bell and Virgin Mobile.  It had a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of only 1280 x 720 pixels, but it did use a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 quad-core clocked at 1.2GHz.  It packs 2GB of RAM and 16MB of internal memory, but can expand via a microSD card another 32GB.  Powered is provided by a 2480mAh battery and comes with Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box.

It was so popular that ZTE Canada decided to introduce the new Grand X View tablet to Bell and Virgin Mobile.  Denson Xu, CEO of ZTE Canada said, “The customer is at the heart of everything we do at ZTE and the Grand X View is an excellent example of that.  We listened to the demands of the market to deliver a budget friendly octa-core tablet.  Whether you’re in a classroom, boardroom or living room, this device delivers a feature-packed experience designed to help you get things done and with Canada’s largest LTE network you’ll never have to worry about Wi-Fi.”

The ZTE Grand X View tablet uses an 8.0-inch FHD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels for a clear and sharp viewing experience.  It is a perfect display for web browsing, streaming videos, playing games or catching up on some reading.  For processing power, ZTE went straight to Qualcomm for their 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core and 2GB of RAM.  With the speed of LTE, you can run multiple apps at the same time and play games and videos with smooth graphics.  It comes with 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card to expand that memory an additional 64GB…giving you plenty of storage for pictures, music or videos.  A large 4620mAh battery that will easily get you through a day, with up to 200 hours of standby and quick charge capabilities powers the ZTE Grand X View tablet.  The Grand X View sports a 5MP sensor for the main camera with autofocus and a 5MP front-facing camera (FFC) for social media selfies and video chatting.

The ZTE Grand X View is for $240 outright or $10/month on a two-year term.  It is a nice tablet for the price and another example why ZTE continues to make inroads to North America.
