Letv news has been all over the place lately. This China-based company has entered the smartphone world back in April when they announced their first three devices, ‘Le Superphones’. The company has unveiled Le 1, Le 1 Pro and Le Max devices, and has managed to intrigue both the media and consumers. Well, this company does have big plans for the future when it comes to their smartphone business, and they’ve already teased the press conference which will be held on October 27th. The company’s teasers have suggested that the 2nd-gen device(s) is coming, and leaks have been pointing towards the Le Max 2 phablet.
That being said, we do have a new leak to share with you, which allegedly shows off Letv’s upcoming smartphone, one of them at the very least. Interesting enough, this leak has been shared by Li Xiaolu, a rather famous Chinese actress. Now, to make things even more interesting, Letv’s official Weibo (Chinese social network) account has re-posted these images, which might indicate that this is, in fact, their upcoming smartphone. This smartphone, however, looks far too small to be a Le Max’s successor, so we’re guessing that Letv does plan to introduce more than one handset on October 27th, perhaps even a whole new line of Le Superphones. It is also worth mentioning that at least one of those devices is expected to ship with the Snapdragon 820 SoC.
Anyhow, if you take a look at the images down below, you’ll get to see a phone which is fairly similar to Le Superphones. The phone does, however, sport thinner bezels than its predecessors, which is always a good thing. Judging by Li Xiaolu’s hand, this device is somewhere between 5 and 5.5-inches big (screen size). Now, it is possible that we’re looking at the Letv Le 2 or Le 2 Pro here. There are two images in the gallery down below, and these first phone seems to be made out of metal, for sure, while we’re not so sure about the second one. If you recall, the Letv Le 1 wasn’t made out of metal, while the Le 1 Pro was, so it is possible that we’re looking at two models here actually, bot the Le 2 and Le 2 Pro. We can’t be sure though, it is possible that this is the same device colored differently. Either way, we’ll find out more on October 27th when the company plans to unveil their new device(s).
