Motorola Moto X Style is one of three devices this company has announced back in July. The company has showed off the Moto X Play, Moto G (3rd-gen), and their aforementioned flagship, the Moto X Style. This phablet is already available in select regions, and Motorola has been teasing its arrival to India as well for quite some time now. Well, the company has decided to announce this phone today, as their teasers suggested, so let’s take a look at what it has to offer along with its availability details.
The Moto X Style handset which was just launched in India sports the very same specs its global variant does. This phablet features a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) LCD display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core processor along with an Adreno 418 GPU for graphics. The 21-megapixel rear-facing camera (dual-LED, dual tone flash, f/2.0 aperture) is located on the back of this device, and a 5-megapixel snapper (87-degree wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture, LED Flash, 1.4um pixel size) can be found up front. The 3,000mAh battery is available on the inside of the Moto X Style, and same can be said about two SIM card slots. This phablet also packs in 3GB of RAM and 16/32GB of expandable internal storage. The 4G TE connectivity is, of course, also available here, and the device sports a metallic trim. The device measures 153.9 x 76.2 x 6.1-11.06mm, while it weighs 179 grams.
This phablet actually sports two front-facing speakers as well, which is always appreciated. The phone also looks quite sleek, and both its power / lock and volume rocker buttons are located on its right side, while Android 5.1.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here. This phablet will be available in India in Black and White color options, while it will cost Rs. 29,999 and 31,999 for 16 and 32GB variants, respectively. The phablet will be available through Flipkart starting from midnight of October 14th. That’s pretty much it, Moto X Style is the latest and the greatest device Motorola has to offer, and its price isn’t all that high at all, especially compared to the competition. It will be interesting to see how well will this phone sell in India.
