This application has been developed and released by the ‘Fortune Apps Dev’ studio, and chances are you’ve already used one of their applications. Fortune Apps Dev studio has released 40 applications in the Google Play Store, all of which are currently available for download. Anyhow, the Photo Editor: Photo Effects is an image processing application, and a rather capable one at that. You have more than 25 effects at your disposal here, including cartoon, retro, sepia, neon, sketch, etc. You can, of course, adjust your photo manually, adjust its brightness, contract… basically everything other apps let you do as well. The Photo Editor: Photo Effects app has all sorts of built-in tools in it, like rotate, crop, resize… and much more. You can basically create memes using this application, while you can also manually draw on your images, just like you would in a regular ‘Paint’ application. There are also a number of stickers included in there, and a couple of additional features as well.
The Photo Editor: Photo Effects app is definitely not groundbreaking or anything like that, but it’s yet another really capable photo editing tool which might appeal to some of you.
