With the new season approaching, if you are planning to get in on the action yourself, then this is a nice app to check out. Rugby Strength & Conditioning is an app from Fitivity which is designed to offer routines and workouts which can maximize the results for rugby players.

Regardless of what sport you are interested in, the BBC Sport app is a great app to check out. This will bring you all the latest happenings and scores from the sports world as well as from Rugby union and international rugby.
USA Rugby
Closing out the list today is the USA Rugby app. If you are more interesting in U.S. rugby, then this might be the app to check out. It is worth pointing out though, this is an extremely new app and as such, there is little feedback currently available. However, for those interested in U.S. rugby, this could be a good app to try out.
