ASUS also had a pretty busy week here at CES 2016. Announcing a slew of products, and one of those was the ZenBeam, which is a USB projector that can project your Android or Windows device onto a wall. So you can plug your smartphone into the projector using your existing micro USB or USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable to the project and have it projected on the wall. It’s pretty awesome, especially considering you can play movies from your phone onto the wall in your home. You can also plug it into your Windows laptop or desktop and project media and such as well. It’s a neat idea, and a product that more and more companies are getting into lately.
The Zenbeam can output a projection between 22-inches and 80-inches. So it’s great for showing a movie to a group of people, as they’ll all be able to see the movie that’s being projected. It also uses a 150-lumen light bulb, so it’ll get nice and bright as well. We were able to go hands on with the ASUS ZenBeam at CES 2016 this week, and were pretty interested in this small projector, it’s pretty sweet but doesn’t have a release date just yet.
