Ulefone has introduced a couple of smartphones last year, like the Ulefone Be One and Be Touch 2, both of which we’ve reviewed. The company has introduced the Be Touch 3 handset at the end of last year, and the Ulefone Power has also been unveiled recently, and it’s not available for pre-order from a number of Chinese resellers. That begin said, we’ve talked about yet another upcoming Ulefone-branded device, the most interesting one this company has ever announced, read on.
Ulefone’s mysterious bezel-less handset surfaced a couple of days ago, along with its specs, and today we have some new info to share with you. The company has actually released an official video on their YouTube channel, providing us with some hands-on time with this smartphone. We now know that the device will be called Ulefone Future, and in case you doubted its bezels-less display, check out the YouTube video down below. You’ll get to see various UI elements shown on this phone’s display, which will prove that the phone does not have any bezel on the sides, that includes black bars.
Now, the company has also confirmed that the device will be fueled by MediaTek’s Helio P10 (MT6755) 64-bit octa-core SoC, and that it will ship with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage on the inside. The Helio P10 will probably be MediaTek’s most used chip in 2016, this is a mid-range processor by the way, we’re still waiting for the company’s Helio X20 flagship SoC to become available. The Ulefone Future will be made out of metal (unibody design), and will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, while the company also said that CyanogenMod will be available for this smartphone as well. Anyhow, we still don’t know when will Ulefone introduce this handset, but its launch date can’t be that far away considering the company has already released some hands-on time with it. Either way, stay tuned, we’ll make sure to report back as soon as Ulefone decides to release some more interesting content for us to check out.
