OnePlus Offers Free StyleSwap Covers To Device Buyers

While consumers wait to see what OnePlus has to offer for the device market this year with the OnePlus 3, the fledgling company is throwing out some deals for those who are willing to pick up one of last year’s model smartphones. As part of a Spring celebration promotion, OnePlus is offering buyers of the OnePlus 2 or the OnePlus X a free StyleSwap cover or protective case of their choice from a collection of selected styles. The sandstone cover is what originally comes with the OnePlus 2, but for consumers who want a little bit of diversity with their phone backs, there are four other options to choose from which are currently free now.

For the OnePlus 2, buyers can choose from either the kevlar, the black apricot, the rosewood, or the bamboo StyleSwap covers and they will be included in the purchase at no additional charge. Customers can, of course, choose more than one StyleSwap cover with each extra costing an additional $13.50 if they want more than one. As stated above OnePlus X buyers are getting the same special deal in this promotion, as they can purchase the OnePlus X and pick out a free protective case, although there are five options here to choose from instead of four.

OnePlus is offering cases in sandstone, black apricot, rosewood, karbon, and bamboo for the OnePlus X, each normally costing an additional $12.50 to tack onto the purchase. Today seems to be the start of the promotion, but there is no mention of an end date which means it could only last a few days. Having said that, it is a spring time promotion so it’s likely to last longer than just a few days, and will more than likely last the length of the season. That doesn’t mean that customers who are interested in the deal should wait as OnePlus could easily run out of stock on these items leaving none left for latecomers. Anyone who is looking at picking up either of these devices should do so as soon as possible to ensure that they don’t miss the promotion or place an order too late after stock has been depleted.
