OnePlus One was one of the best smartphones in 2014, and its successor also enjoyed great success a year later. The OnePlus 2 is still a very popular smartphone, but its successor is right around the corner. We’ve already seen plenty of leaked info regarding the OnePlus 3, a recent rumor suggested that it will ship with a 3,500mAh battery, and the latest certification info confirmed that the phone will ship with fast charging, quite probably named ‘Dash Charge’, as OnePlus’ latest trademark filing indicated.
That being said, another OnePlus 3 rumor surfaced in China, courtesy of KJuma. According to the leaked info, the OnePlus 3 will sport a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, just like its predecessor. The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC, along with the Adreno 530 GPU for graphics. The 3GB and 4GB RAM variants will be available, and will ship with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage, respectively. The 16-megapixel snapper will be placed on the back of OnePlus 3, and will sport a huge aperture. The 8-megapixel shooter is expected to be available up front, and a 3,500mAh battery will be included on the inside of this smartphone, and it will almost surely not going to be replaceable. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will come out of the box, and on top of it, you’ll be able to find OnePlus’ Hydrogen OS 2.0 (Chinese variant), and Oxygen OS in the international model. The 5V/4A charging will be available here, and even though we don’t have all that much info regarding this, it seems like you’ll be able to charge up the OnePlus 3 really fast.
The source has even shared the pricing of the OnePlus 3, we’ll let you decide whether you’ll believe this info or not though. According to the source, the 4GB RAM variant of the device will be priced at 1,999 Yuan ($310), while the 6GB RAM model will set you back 2,499 Yuan ($384) in China, the international pricing might be slightly higher. As far as the design is concerned, we still haven’t seen a proper leak, at least not recently, so we really don’t know what will it look like. The company’s CEO did, however, say a while back that we can expect significant changes in terms of the design.
