Samsung Celebrate "Make for India" With Device Offers

While North America and their home nation of South Korea remain some of Samsung’s most important markets to do business in, India has become another important region for them. Often battling it out with local brand Micromax for the top spot, Samsung has become the country’s most trusted brand, and Samsung is looking to capitalize on this and give their customers a little something in return. While they might offer people good value, there’s no denying that Samsung’s smartphones can be awfully expensive in India, and to celebrate “Make for India” Samsung is offering ownership from just one upfront payment of RS 1 and interest-free monthly payments as well as cashback on outright purchases.

The devices included in these offers are the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7 and the Galaxy Grand Prime 4G. These aren’t some of the best and most up-to-date devices that Samsung has to offer, but with EMI interest free payments from Bajaj Finserv and Capital First it does make it a lot easier for people to get access to some of the better devices that Samsung has to offer. Should people be able or willing to pay for these devices using a debit or credit card they will also be eligible for 10% cashback as part of these promotions. The two most popular devices that people will be looking to purchase here are the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5, which will cost RS 33,900 and RS 42,900, respectively. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 will cost RS 24,900 and RS 29,900, respectively. Last but not least, the Galaxy Grand Prime 4G is the cheapest of the bunch coming in at RS 8,250.

These promotions are part of India’s Make for India celebrations, and they will run from April 29th until May 15th. These deals will give users the opportunity to purchase a Galaxy smartphone from Samsung directly without paying interest, but also spreading the cost. Considering that the Galaxy Note 5 is one of the most expensive devices on shelves in India, these deals might well be worth looking into. For those interested in something larger from Samsung, it does appear as though they’re running promotions on TVs and other home electronics, too.
