Google’s annual developer conference known as Google I/O begins tomorrow morning bright and early, and it starts with the keynote speech that takes place promptly at 10AM Pacific Standard Time. Those who aren’t able to attend Google I/O will be able to see the keynote through a live stream both as a regular video on YouTube and through a 360-degree video with a VR viewer or headset, and you’ll also be able to watch the live stream right here if you want to make things simple. While the keynote speech is usually the most exciting part of the whole conference, half the fun can be getting to see all of the things Google has set up for the event, which is something that most people won’t get to if they aren’t attending. If you’ve never been to a Google I/O conference before, the whole ordeal can be a big spectacle for the Android world, complete with large Android structures and plenty of Google-themed products, like those Google I/O water bottles. Normally, Google I/O is held at the Moscone West building in San Francisco, but this year Google has decided to change things up and hold the conference at the Google Headquarters in Mountain View. As you can see, Google has set up sign posts which are meant to direct people to the different areas and sessions of the conference, from code labs, to restrooms, to the info desk just in case you need to ask a question or two. There’s also plenty of signage and colorful design throughout the conference grounds.
Although there is no confirmation just yet, Google is expected to unveil quite a few things at the conference tomorrow and is rumored to be showing off Android VR hardware as well as the Amazon Echo competitor that is said to officially be called Google Home. It’s also speculated that Google may show off the two new rumored Nexus devices tomorrow, and of course, Android N is expected to be shown off in some capacity, potentially as the final build meant for the public.
