The LG G5 is currently LG’s most powerful smartphone. This device was introduced next to the likes of Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and the Xiaomi Mi 5 back in February. That being said, as it’s usually the case, LG had introduced a number of mid-rangers this year as well. The LG X Power and X Style were announced in Ukraine back in May, and have been re-introduced by LG earlier this month alongside the X Mach and X Max smartphones. That being said, LG has just released a new promo video for the LG X Style handset, read on.
The LG X Style is LG’s, well, it can even be considered an entry-level device. We’ll talk more about its specifications soon, but let’s first take a look at the video ad, shall we. The video is embedded down below, and it’s quite upbeat. LG is focusing on one aspect of the LG X Style in this video, and that is its thickness, or should we say thinness. The LG X Style is 6.9mm thick, and even though it doesn’t exactly belong amongst the thinness devices out there, it’s still quite thin, and LG is trying to attract consumers by emphasizing that. This ad will probably appeal to younger generations more, simply because of its content, but we’ll see.
The LG X Style features a 5.3-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card). The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 410 64-bit quad-core processor, along with the Adreno 306 GPU. The 8-megapixel shooter is placed on the back of this phone, and a 5-megapixel unit can be found up front. The device comes with a non-removable 2,100mAh battery, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed here with LG’s custom UI available on top of it. The LG X Style comes in both Black and White color variants, and we still don’t know how much will the phone cost, but we’ll make sure to let you know as soon as LG releases more info. Until then, take a look at the promo video down below.
