OnePlus had already announced invites would not play a role in the OnePlus 3 availability and this was a point which was reiterated today with the company confirming the OnePlus 3 will be available to buy in a typical fashion and without the need for pre-registering, invites or otherwise. Secondly, OnePlus has confirmed that there is no waiting time or pre-order status for the OnePlus 3. This is a smartphone which residents in the U.S. can purchase right now from the company’s website. In terms of price, the OnePlus 3 is now confirmed to be priced at $399 outright. This is for a carrier unlocked version which in the U.S. primarily works with GSM networks. It is also worth noting that the OnePlus 3 is due to be available in two different colors, Graphite and Soft Gold. Although, only the former, Graphite, is currently available to buy online. The Soft Gold option will become available in due course, although details of when have yet to be confirmed.

Inside, the OnePlus 3 comes loaded with 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor. Cameras come in the form of a 16-megapixel option on the back, as well as an 8-megapixel option on the front. USB Type-C, a 3,000 mAh battery and Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) in the form of OxygenOS are all included as well.
