T-Mobile’s Uncarrier 11 event has kicked off and the theme this time around is all about thanking the customers. While T-Mobile generally tries to do this year-round with promotions and competitive pricing, with Uncarrier 11 T-Mobile is thanking customers with free rewards. There were three parts to the Uncarrier 11 initiative, one of which was the announcement of Stock Up, and another is the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, which gives T-Mobile customers the opportunity to get free rewards and “epic prizes” every single week just for being a loyal customer. The app is already available on Google Play for subscribers, and tomorrow marks the first day for the giveaways, and all customers have to do is install the app to get started.
With T-Mobile Tuesdays, free rewards like pizza from Dominos, Frosty’s from Wendy’s, and free movies from VUDU are available just for being a T-Mobile customer and, in addition to these things which are a weekly occurrence, customers will also be able to play a Spin The Wheel game inside of the app that gives them a chance to win some pretty epic prizes like movie tickets, trips, and more every single Tuesday. T-Mobile has partnered with quite a few top brands for the prizes, like Universal Pictures, Legendary Pictures, Lyft, Dominos, Gilt, StubHub and others.
This week, in addition to getting free pizza, frosty’s, and movies from VUDU, T-Mobile is also giving each customer a free movie ticket to see the Warcraft movie which comes out June 10th. T-Mobile notes that all customers who are on a postpaid or prepaid plan and are in active status are eligible to redeem the free weekly rewards and play for a chance to win weekly prizes, and they also state that new prizes and brand partners will be revealed each week for new stuff. As new gifts and partners are revealed, things like more movie tickets, gift cards, rides through Lyft, free subscriptions to certain services and more are to be expected. Each week, T-Mobile will also announce one lucky winner for their truly epic prize, and this week it starts off with a trip on a party bus to a private screening of the Warcraft movie, and they can bring along 40 people to enjoy the experience complete with popcorn, candy, soda and more. Other upcoming epic prizes will include $100 Lyft credits with a trip to Las Vegas for two, a trip to New York and a $10,000 shopping spree with help from an in-house stylist and more.
