As many of you know, Samsung is the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world at the moment. This company tends to release quite a few devices every year, some of them are lower-end, some are higher-end. Well, the company had introduced quite a few smartphones this year as well, ranging from more affordable devices from the company’s ‘Galaxy J’ and ‘Galaxy A’ series, all the way to the flagship Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy Note 7 devices. That being said, the company had also introduced the Galaxy C5 smartphone back in May, which is their first ‘Galaxy C’ smartphone ever. Well, it seems like yet another ‘Galaxy C’ device might launch soon, read on.
Back on August 19th, a report surfaced saying that the company is planning to release the Galaxy C9 sometime soon. Then, three days later, the alleged Galaxy C9 has popped up on Zauba, India’s import / export website. Well, that has just happened once again, the Galaxy C9 (SM-C9000) has surfaced on Zauba again. Back in August, the listing has reported that the Galaxy C9’s display will be somewhere between 5.5 and 5.7-inches, well, this time around the listing says that it might be between 5.5 and 6-inches. Now, the Galaxy C9 might actually sport a 6-inch display because the Galaxy C7 was shipped from China last month with a 5.7-inch panel, so it makes sense that the Galaxy C9 will sport a larger panel.
Now, we presume that this smartphone will launch in China first, and it might even stay exclusive to that Asian country. If this is true, then the device will probably pay a visit to TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC) really soon, and that means that we’ll know pretty much everything there is to know about the device before it launches, well, at least its specs and the design. Chances are that this smartphone will be made out of metal though, and you can expect the physical home button to be placed below the display, while the fingerprint scanner will also come built into that home button. That is more or less everything we know at the moment, we’ll report back as soon as more info surfaces, stay tuned.
