[UPDATED]Google Pixel XL's Worldwide Availability Details Are In

After months and months of various rumors and leaks, Google has finally introduced their new handsets, the Google Pixel and Pixel XL. As you can see, the company’s smartphones are no longer featuring the ‘Nexus’ moniker, and are, instead, released under the ‘Pixel’ name. That being said, these two smartphones have been manufactured by HTC, and they are successors to the two Nexus devices Google released last year, the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P. Having that in mind, we already have plenty of Google Pixel coverage on the site, and are here to talk more about the availability of the Google Pixel XL.

The Google Pixel XL is the more expensive of the two Pixel smartphones, and Google has introduced three Pixel XL variants. The phone comes in 32GB and 128GB flavors, and the pricing starts at $769 in the US, for the 32GB model, while the basic variant of its smaller sibling costs $649, unlocked, of course. The Google Pixel XL can be pre-ordered in 5 countries today, including the US, Canada, Australia, Germany and the UK. The Pixel XL comes in Really Blue, Quite Black and Very Silver color variants. Having that in mind, the two devices will be more expensive outside of the US, though we still don’t know how much will they cost. That is pretty much all the info Google had released as far as Google Pixel’s availability outside of the US is concerned, all we know is that more markets will follow. In any case, we’ll let you know as soon as we get more details, as usual.

Google’s new phablet is made out of metal and glass, and it sports on-screen buttons, just like its predecessor. The device is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, and the Adreno 530 GPU. while it packs in a 3,450mAh non-removable battery. The 12.3-megapixel shooter is placed on the back of this phone, and an 8-megapixel snapper is available up front. The Google Pixel XL, much like its sibling, ships with Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, the latest version of Google’s operating system. The Google Pixel XL measures 154.7 x 75.7 x 8.6mm, while it weighs 168 grams.

UPDATE: The two Google Pixel XL variants (32GB and 128GB) cost £719 and £819 in the UK, and you can purchase them from the Google Store.
