LeEco is one of the most interesting Chinese smartphone manufacturers. The company has been selling smartphones for about a year and a half at this point, even though the company has been around for a long time. In any case, LeEco had entered the US smartphone market quite recently when they introduced the LeEco Le Pro3 and Le S3 smartphones, and a new variant of the Le S3 handset surfaced yesterday. Having that in mind, it seems like a new LeEco-branded device just got certified in China, read on.
The LeEco Le X850 is the model that surfaced on TENAA, and it comes sporting high-end specifications. This device features a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, along with the Adreno 530 GPU. There are two camera sensors on the back of this phone, two 13-megapixel sensors, while a single 16-megapixel shooter can be found on the front side of the LeEco Le X850. The 3,900mAh battery is also a part of this package, and based on TENAA’s info, the device will ship in Coffee Gray and Gold Charm color variants. The LeEco X850 measures 157.25 x 77.95 x 7.99mm, while it weighs 185 grams.
TENAA did not share any images of this smartphone, unfortunately, but based on its weight and the company’s previous devices, we presume this handset will be made out of metal. Now, based on previous leaks, this could be the LeEco Dual3, as it was mentioned a couple of times thus far, and we’ve already seen its back side in a leaked image (pictured above the article), which gave us a rather good look at the phone’s dual camera setup. This phone seems to be quite powerful, and usually we’d say that it is going to be quite expensive, but the company’s flagship Le Pro3 handset is quite affordable despite the fact it is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 and has high-end specs, so we’re guessing that the LeEco Dual3 will be just as affordable. In any case, this smartphone is expected to arrive soon, stay tuned.
