Motorola did not exactly release a ton of smartphones this year, but they did introduce some really interesting devices, ranging from entry-level ones, all the way to high-end Moto Z and Moto Z Force smartphones. Speaking of which, the Moto Z has been available for purchase for quite some time now in a number of regions all around the world, as the phone was originally announced back in June this year. We can say the same for the Moto Z Play actually, the company’s mid-range variant of the Moto Z flagship which had also landed earlier this year and it has been available for a while now. Well, both of these devices have just landed on yet another US-based carrier, Republic Wireless, read on.
Republic Wireless is a bit late to the party, but as they say, better late than never. This carrier has offered a number of Motorola-branded devices in the past, the Moto X Pure Edition, Defy XT, etc. The Moto Z can be purchased from Republic Wireless for $699, though you can bet it for $42 per month with Affirm financing. The Moto Z Play, on the other hand, is a bit more affordable, of course. This smartphone will cost you $449 if you plan to get it from Republic Wireless, or $27 per month with Affirm financing. If you’d like to purchase either the Moto Z or Moto Z Play from Republic Wireless, follow the source link down below. It is worth mentioning that both of these phones are compatible with the company’s Moto Mod accessories, devices like the Hasselblad True Zoom camera grip, Moto Insta-Share Projector, etc.
The Moto Z features a 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of native storage. This phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 820, and a 2,600mAh battery is included on the inside. The 13-megapixel OIS snapper is placed on the back of the Moto Z, and the phone comes with a fingerprint scanner which is placed below the display. The Moto Z Play, on the other hand, sports a 5.5-inch fullHD panel, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. This handset comes with the Snapdragon 625 64-bit octa-core processor, 3,510mAh battery and a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera.
