Samsung tends to announce quite a few smartphones every year, that’s not exactly a secret, they’re the largest smartphone manufacturer on this planet after all. In any case, the company had introduced the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge flagship smartphones back in February, and their Galaxy Note 7 smartphone turned out to be the company’s worst nightmare. In any case, the company released two mid-range ‘Galaxy A’ smartphones this year, the Galaxy A9 Pro and the Galaxy A8. That being said, Samsung did introduce four ‘Galaxy A’ phones a year ago, the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7 and Galaxy A9, and judging by the recent leaks and rumors, their successors are about to land before the end of this month.
The Galaxy A7 (2017) has been leaking like crazy lately, and the same can be said for the Galaxy A3 (2017). We do expect at least three Galaxy A phones to launch this month, and it is possible Samsung is planning to introduce all four of them. In any case, the Galaxy A3 (2017) renders popped up quite recently in a short video, and the same has just happened for the Galaxy A7 (2017). If this leak is to be believed, the phone could be made out of metal and glass, at least it looks that way based on these renders, that doesn’t seem to be an all-metal design. The physical home button is placed below the phone’s display, and all the other buttons are in the right places as well.
What about its specs? Well, the Galaxy A7 (2017) is rumored to sport a 5.7-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED panel, and two processor variants might be available. If rumors are to be believed, this smartphone will be available in Snapdragon 615 and Exynos 7880 SoC variants, these are both mid-range SoCs by the way. In addition to all that, you can expect the Galaxy A7 (2017) to ship with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage, while a 16-megapixel camera will be placed on both its back and front side. 4G LTE connectivity will, of course, be a part of this package, and a 3,600mAh battery will make sure the phone has enough juice to keep it going until the end of the way.
