Renders of the upcoming Huawei P10 have just been leaked by a source out of China. Anzhuo, a Chinese tech website, posted renders of the alleged Huawei P10 on its website earlier today, which showcase a Huawei device which comes in three colors, namely Black, Gold and White. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you will be able to see how the alleged Huawei P10 looks like from the front and back.
According to the source, the regular Huawei P10 will sport a 5.2-inch 1920 x 1080 display along with 2.5D glass, giving the display a slight curve. While the Huawei P9 sported a fingerprint scanner on its rear just below the camera, it seems that Huawei is planning to make a design change by embedding it in the home button, which will be similar to the ones found on the OnePlus 3 and on the PORSCHE DESIGN Huawei Mate 9. Previously, the Huawei P9 didn’t even come with a home button or capacitive buttons, instead it came with on-screen buttons but that might change with the Huawei P10. The Huawei P10 is slated to come with a 3,100mAh battery and a feature which will allow users to activate just a part of the screen which will display notifications, settings or messages. The Huawei P10 Plus on the other hand will come with better specs and it is expected to come with a curved panel, similar to the one found on the Huawei Mate 9 Pro. The Huawei P10 Plus is rumored to sport a 5.5-inch curved display, pushing a 2K resolution. The device is expected to come with a 3,650mAh battery and it will also sport two fingerprint scanners, one on the rear and the other one embedded in the home button. Both devices are rumored to come with Leica cameras and international versions of the device will likely have Amazon Alexa built in.
The Huawei P10 lineup has been leaked extensively over the past few weeks, and more leaks are likely to appear online before the company unveils the lineup. Richard Yu, a senior VP of Huawei has said that this will likely take place in March or April this year. It should also be noted that leaks and renders of the Huawei P10 lineup should be taken with a pinch of salt until it is officially confirmed by Huawei themselves.
