Rumor: Promo Image Of Galaxy C5 Pro, C7 Pro, C9 Pro Leak Out

An image, said to be a promo poster for Samsung’s Galaxy C Pro line of mid-range smartphones, has leaked online, giving us a look at the Galaxy C5 Pro, Galaxy C7 Pro and Galaxy C9 Pro. The devices are expected to replace the original, first-generation Galaxy C range that was launched exclusively in China last year. Whether Samsung wants to do the same with the Galaxy C Pro lineup remains to be seen, but the latest leak seems to suggest that the devices will come in a bunch of vibrant color options. In case of the Galaxy C9 Pro, which was launched last year in Gold and Rose Gold, the device is seemingly depicted in Jade Black as well, which checks out with previous leaks that had suggested that the phone may eventually be launched in a Jade Black color.

As for the Galaxy C5 Pro and the Galaxy C7 Pro, the leaked document seemingly depicts them in different shades of Blue, so it will be interesting to see if these new shades will be available immediately at launch or if Samsung will take some time to gently ease them into the market in the coming months. With competition in the Chinese smartphone market getting fiercer by the day, it is nice to see manufacturers trying to distinguish their products from those of their rivals, by offering more options and choices. Meanwhile, the Galaxy C Pro line continues to remain China-exclusive for now, and it’s not really known whether the South Korean company would eventually launch these handsets outside of China. Hopefully, though, we will have more information on that front in the weeks to come.

The Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro are two of the many mid-range Samsung smartphones that have been rumored fairly persistently in the past few weeks. While the Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro are yet to be unveiled officially, Samsung has recently taken the wraps off of its Galaxy A (2017) lineup, although the company has already announced that none of those devices will be launched in the U.S. That being the case, it will be interesting to see what the South Korean company has in store for the prepaid market in the U.S. this year.
