It seems like a Coral Blue Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is on the way, at least according to a bunch of new images that just surfaced. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll get to see a number of images showing off Xiaomi’s CEO, Lei Jun, holding a Coral Blue Xiaomi Mi Note 2. These images do come from Weibo (Chinese social network), but not from Lei Jun’s official page, these images were shared by Fu Sheng, Cheetah Mobile’s CEO.
As you can see, Lei Jun is on a skiing holiday, or at least it seems that way, and he is holding a Coral Blue Xiaomi Mi Note 2 flagship, a color that might seem familiar because Samsung released a Coral Blue Galaxy S7 Edge flagship last year. In any case, Mr. Sheng seems to be spending some time with Lei Jun, and the two of them decided to tease the arrival of the Coral Blue Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Mr. Sheng did not release any additional info through his official Weibo page, but Xiaomi will probably officially introduce this variant of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 really soon, probably in the next couple of weeks. For those of you who don’t know, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is Xiaomi’s most powerful handset at the moment, it is their flagship phablet which was introduced back in October, and it was originally announced in three color variants, Black, Silver and Gold.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a 5.7-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) curved AMOLED display, 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of non-expandable internal storage. This phablet is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, and a 4,070mAh battery is also a part of this package. A 22.5-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of the Mi Note 2, and an 8-megapixel camera can be found on its front side. Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 with Xiaomi’s MIUI 8 OS, though Android 7.0 Nougat is expected to land on the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 in the near future.
