Leak: ASUS Has A ZenFone 3 Go On The Way With A 13MP Camera

ASUS has a ZenFone 3 Go on the way with a 13-megapixel camera on the back. While ASUS already has a few variants in the ZenFone 3 line, like the original ZenFone 3, the ZenFone 3 Deluxe, the ZenFone 3 Ultra, and the ZenFone 3 Zoom, the ZenFone 3 Go would appear to be a more budget-focused handset. It comes in three different colors judging by the leaked promotional image which shows the phone in a Gold, Rose Gold, and Dark Blue option, and ASUS points out a few key highlights for what consumers can look forward to with this device, such as Dual MEMS Mics which they state will allow the device to provide less noise when using voice, as well as five-magnet speaker with an included smart amp which should help to provide a better audio experience with the phone for music and other types of audio.

In addition to the few hey features that are listed in the image, the leak mentions other specifications for the device. It’s important to keep in mind though that these specs are just rumored at the moment as this information isn’t coming straight from ASUS. Having said that, if the specs rumors are to be believed, then the ZenFone 3 Go will come with a 5-inch display with a 720p HD resolution, as well as 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage space that is also expandable with the use of a microSD card for users who would need more room than 16GB would offer.

The phone will also be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and come with a 13-megapixel rear camera (as mentioned above) with a soft LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chat. ASUS seems to have used capacitive navigation keys here for the ZenFone 3 Go and it looks like the device could use USB Type-C, although it’s a little difficult to tell from the image as the port isn’t completely visible and it isn’t mentioned by the leak details. What is mentioned however is that ASUS is rumored to launch the ZenFone 3 Go sometime in the first quarter of this year, which if true would mean that it would be launching sometime before the end of March, though no exact dates were mentioned nor was a price point.
