Leaked Lenovo Smartphone Is Allegedly Part Of The A Series

A leaked Lenovo smartphone is allegedly part of the A series of devices, and is reported to be an unannounced handset that is on the way to market sometime later on this year. While there are no details about the phone just yet other than what can be seen in the photos below, it’s suggested that this could be a device that Lenovo is setting up to announce at Mobile World Congress towards the end of this month. If that’s the case, the phone may not be all by itself as leaked images have recently shown up for the Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus and this could also make an appearance at the event.

Despite not having any specifications or hardware features to confirm, the images do tell a little bit of their own story. The Lenovo branding can clearly be seen on the back of the device which also houses a rear-facing camera and an LED flash on the right side of the camera sensor, and it appears that the device may house what could be its only speaker on the back of the phone as well as it seems to be sitting in the bottom left corner of the device.

The phone can also be seen from the side and it looks like it may be relatively thin with either the volume rocker or a SIM card slot that can be seen on the side of the device that’s shown in the image. The phone appears to be a Gold color, although Lenovo could also launch this device in other color options once it’s actually ready for market. In addition to this smartphone and the Tab3 8 Plus, Lenovo could also show off a new variation of the Yoga book at Mobile World Congress this year as a 12.2-inch model of the device leaked on Amazon just last month. Beyond Lenovo’s own-branded mobile devices, the company is expected to show off the next version of the Moto G series smartphone, which will be the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus, both of which have also leaked quite a few times with design and specs details.
