Following T-Mobile, AT&T has announced that pre-orders for LG’s latest flagship smartphone will begin tomorrow, March 17th. The carrier will be selling it for $720 outright, or you can pick it up on AT&T Next for $24/month for 30 months. Or AT&T Next Every Year for $30/month for 24 months. AT&T is also touting that you can get unlimited data with the LG G6, and those that are on Unlimited Plus will get a $25/month credit for their video services – DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW or U-Verse TV.
Like the other carriers and retailers, AT&T is also offering up some pretty nice deals for the LG G6. You’ll be able to get a Google Home for free, if you purchase an LG G6 before April 30th, that’s a promotion that everyone in the US is running, actually. On top of that, you can get a free LG G6 – after monthly bill credits over 30 months – when you add another line on AT&T Next, so it’s essentially buy one, get one free for the LG G6. Finally, if you purchase an LG G6, you’ll be able to get the LG Watch Sport for just $49 on a new two-year contract.
The LG G6 was announced back at Mobile World Congress last month in Barcelona, Spain. The device is LG’s next flagship smartphone, and sports a 18:9 aspect ratio display. This allowed LG to fit a much larger display into the same footprint as the LG G5. So here we have a 5.7-inch 2880×1440 resolution display. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, and that is paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Additionally, there is a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage, and there is a 3300mAh battery. Unfortunately this time around, the LG G6 does not have a removable battery. But we do at least have Quick Charge 3.0 available for the LG G6, so you can charge up the device nice and quick.
Tomorrow, pre-orders should be kicking off around 8AM, so if you’re interested in the LG G6, hit up the link below tomorrow to get yours pre-ordered. They should be arriving on or before April 7th – which appears to be the launch date for the US at this point.
