Pre-Order the LG G6 & Get a Google Home for Free

LG will be running a pretty great deal for its newly announced LG G6, whereby you may purchase a unit for yourself, and you will receive a Google Home for free. The deal is called the LG G6 Google Home National Promotion, and it isn’t live yet, but it will be open in a few hours time at 12:00PM EST / 9:00AM PST this Wednesday. In order to be eligible for this deal, simply head to the source link below at the aforementioned time, and purchase the LG G6. It should be noted that if you head to the promotion page before it officially goes live, you will be taken to a LG login page. This offer will be ending on April 30th, giving you over a month to enjoy this promotion. The complimentary Google Home can be redeemed at the same site, and you will have to do so by May 15th, which is more than enough time.

Considering the Google Home currently retails for $129, the deal being run by LG is pretty worth it. If you do take the deal, you will be getting two devices with Google Assistant built-in, as the LG G6 happens to be the first device other than Google’s Pixel smartphones to come with the smart assistant out of the box. It is unknown at the moment whether this deal is region exclusive, or will be open to anyone anywhere. The LG G6 is a pretty feature-packed smartphone boasting a large 5.7-inch QHD+ FullVision display surrounded by some extremely thin bezels. Under the hood, the device sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, coupled with the Adreno 530 GPU for graphics. Memory wise, the LG G6 packs 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via a micro SD card slot.

For optics, the LG G6 sports a dual camera setup with two 13-megapixel shooters on its back. One camera comes with a normal angle lens, while the other one has a wide-angle lens. The cameras support 2x optical zoom, 16x digital zoom, and ship alongside a dual-LED flash. Selfies on the LG G6 will be handled by a 5-megapixel front camera. While previous LG flagships came with a removable battery, the LG G6 packs a 3,300mAh non-removable one. This has allowed LG to make the smartphone water and dust resistant as the new device boasts IP68 certification. The Korean company has also stated that the battery is flexible and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. Software-wise, Android 7.0 Nougat runs on the LG G6 out of the box.
