The Weather Mood Is A Bare-Bones Weather App For Android

Weather conditions can affect our daily plans quite a bit, and most of you probably have some sort of a weather app installed on your smartphone(s), or you, at the very least, check for weather via your phone’s browser. Well, as your probably already know, Google Play Store is home to many, many weather applications, ranging from extremely simple ones, to ones that are very detailed. Well, we’re here to talk about one app that belongs in the former category, and it’s called ‘The Weather Mood’, read on.

The Weather Mood app is a bare-bones weather application. This is one of the simplest weather apps we’ve ever stumbled upon, if not the simplest one. All you have to do once your fire up this app is wait for the app to get your GPS location, select whether you’d like the app to report temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and choose between kilometers per hour and miles per hour so that the app can tell you how fast is the wind blowing in your area. If your GPS is off, you can always manually type in the name of your city, and you’re good to go. Once you do that, and confirm, the app’s main screen will pop up, and it will give you all the basic info you need. Now, for those of you who are expecting more, well, you’re out of luck, that’s all you get. Take a look at the first image in the gallery down below and you’ll get a great idea of what we’re talking about here, as you’ll be able to see all the info this app will throw your way, which will be more than enough for some people, while others are probably expecting more.

This application has a really simple interface, and even though we’re not exactly looking at the latest Android design standard here, the app still looks quite flat, and pleasing to the eye. You’ll need to get used to the orange color theme, though, because the app doesn’t all you to change that. This app is completely free to use, though do keep in mind that ads are present here. This application hasn’t been available for that long, and is not exactly breaking records when it comes to reviews in the Google Play Store, though the majority of bad reviews are connected to the lack of info this app offers, which is a plus for some people, so… it would be best if you try it out for yourself and see if it fits you or not.
