Gionee S10L Gets Certified With 6GB Of RAM, 3,450mAh Battery

A new Gionee S10 variant has just surfaced on TENAA, the Gionee S10L. This new variant of the device comes with a whopping 6GB of RAM, and it seems like it will be announced in China soon, along with the 4GB RAM variant of the device that we’ve talked about quite recently. Both of those variants are now certified in China, and needless to say, China is the first market in which the Gionee S10 will launch, though some other markets will probably follow soon after, like India, for example.

The Gionee S10L is a metal-clad smartphone which comes with a dual camera setup on the back. The volume up, volume down and power / lock keys are located on the right-hand side of this smartphone, and the device quite probably sport a fingerprint scanner below the display, though the provided image is so black that it’s impossible to notice it. Having said that, the Gionee S10L sports a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, along with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage (expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card). The device is fueled by an octa-core SoC running at 2.5GHz, and comes with a 3,450mAh battery which is not removable. This handset features two cameras on its back, and two front-facing snappers. A set of 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel shooters is placed on the back of the device, while you’ll be able to find 16-megapixel and 8-megapixel cameras on the device’s front side.

Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the Gionee S10L, with Gionee’s custom UI on top of it. The phone will be available in Black and Gold color variants, says TENAA, and it will measure 155 x 76.8 x 7.5mm. The Gionee S10L will weigh 178 grams, and it will offer 4G LTE connectivity. That is more or less it, you can take a look at the device from various sides by checking out the gallery down below, and you can also expect to see more Gionee S10L info in the coming weeks, as the company is expected to launch this phone soon, though we still do not know when exactly will that happen. It is also worth mentioning that the Gionee S10 Plus got certified by TENAA quite recently as well, so that phone will probably launch alongside the Gionee S10.
