The Huawei P10 doesn’t look like it will ever hit the United States officially but the good news is that the device can be acquired in the country through unofficial means. One U.S.-based eBay seller is now offering the factory unlocked Huawei P10 with 64GB of internal flash memory for $531.99 and the device can be purchased in one of three colors, namely Gold, Black, and Blue. Naturally, this is not an official offer and the eBay seller claims to have a limited quantity in stock, with 140 units having already been sold so far.
The Huawei P10 was officially unveiled in February 2017 and since its market debut, the device expanded its reaches into various regions including Canada, where Huawei has been working on increasing its influence for the past few years. Prospective American buyers are generally left with only a couple of options as they can either opt to import the smartphone overseas or from their Canadian neighbors. The Huawei P10 offered on eBay sports Dual SIM capabilities and is identified by the model number VTR-L29, meaning that this is the global variant and it will work with GSM carriers in the United States, including T-Mobile and AT&T. However, it’s important to note that the smartphone is not compatible with CDMA-based network operators including Verizon Wireless and Sprint.

It features 4GB of RAM and expandable storage through the second SIM slot which doubles as a microSD card port and runs Huawei’s proprietary Emotion UI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Other key features of the handset include a dual camera setup with Leica optics comprised of a 20-megapixel unit and a secondary 12-megapixel sensor, as well as an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter. A fingerprint recognition scanner is embedded in the front-facing home button of the handset and the smartphone relies on a non-removable 3,200mAh battery.
