New Huawei Nova 2 TENAA Images Pop Up Without Specs

The Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus surfaced on TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC) earlier this month, and a new set of images have just appeared as well, showing off the Huawei Nova 2 only this time around, and these images have been taken from TENAA as well. Now, do keep in mind that we did not get any spec info from TENAA, only these images, and the same thing happened now as well. We do get to see yet another color variant of the Huawei Nova 2 here, its back side is still pink, while the front side of the device is black-colored in this image, while we got to see the white model earlier this month.

Now, the Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus are expected to land on TENAA with their specs in the near future, but until that happens, we only have these images to look at. As you can see, the Huawei Nova 2 will be made out of metal, and it will sport a dual camera setup on the back. Next to those cameras, you’ll notice an LED flash, while a fingerprint scanner is also placed on the back of this device, as is Huawei’s branding. Antenna bands are nicely tucked away in the upper and lower portion of the phone’s back side. All of the device’s physical keys are located on the right side of its body, and the company’s branding is placed below the Huawei Nova 2’s display as well.

The Huawei Nova and Nova Plus were announced back in September last year in Europe, and very few people expect their successors to land before Q3 this year, but the two phones could launch sooner than expected considering we’ve seen several leaks thus far. The Huawei Nova and Nova Plus are actually rather well-specced mid-range smartphones, and their successors will probably be quite similar in that regard. The Huawei Nova 2 is expected to feature a 5-inch fullHD display, while the ‘Plus’ model will almost certainly come with a 5.5-inch fullHD panel. The two phones will pack in 3GB or 4GB of RAM on the inside, and chances are they’ll be fueled by one of Qualcomm’s mid-range processors, maybe the Snapdragon 660 64-bit octa-core SoC.
