IFROGZ announced its new Impulse Duo and InTone Wireless earbuds yesterday and both are competitively priced accessories. The Bluetooth earbuds are available now at ZAGG.com and will also be available from some select retailers. They both have the signature features that you would expect from IFROGZ and are claimed to offer up to 10 hours of battery life. However, that’s not all play time as the small print says this is made up of 5 hours of play time on 70 percent volume and 5 hours on standby. The new earbuds feature non-tangle cable management with the use of a magnetic clip that stores the cables and they meet IPX-2 sweat resistance standards, useful if you want to use them while you’re working out. Also, the wireless control can clip magnetically to your shirt, which is handy both for keeping the controls in reach as well as avoiding pulling on the earbuds.
The cheaper of the two new audio products is the InTone Wireless earbuds priced at $29.99. They have adjustable earbud tips and have been ergonomically designed to fit the shape of your ear. They feature lightweight but effective 14mm neodymium drivers and come in black and white color choices. On the other hand, the Impulse Duo Wireless earbuds feature premium sound dual dynamic 6mm neodymium drivers, so 12mm in total. Each driver can be differently tuned to offer a wider sound range from deep bass to crisp highs. The Impulse Duo earbuds come with three earbud tip sizes so you can opt for the ones that give the best fit. They are available in silver or charcoal colors and are priced at $44.99. With these earbuds IFROGZ also offers its Earbud Tips for Life limited lifetime warranty, meaning that you can get the tips replaced (shipping and handling fees apply) if you lose them or if they become damaged or worn.
Earlier this year, IFROGZ introduced its Impulse Bluetooth Headphones and these are priced at $59.99. As well as offering Bluetooth technology they also come with a 3.5mm audio jack to connect them to your mobile device. Speaking of the launch of the two latest IFROGZ wireless earbud products, ZAGG president Brian Stech spoke about the feature-rich experience that they offer and said they will bring “quality audio to the masses.”
