The OnePlus 5 teaser, rumors, leaks and concept designs have been surfacing like crazy lately, and yet another concept design has just popped up. This time around we get a ton of new OnePlus 5 concept images which are showing a rather realistic design of the device, and the front side of this phone actually looks almost identical to the OnePlus 3(T), which is something you’ve probably already noticed.
Having said that, this handset comes with a dual camera setup on the back, which was to be expected, as more or less every rumor and leak pointed in that direction. We still do not know whether the OnePlus 5 will sport a vertical or horizontal dual camera setup, but in this instance, the phone is coming with a vertical camera alignment. Below its two rear-facing snappers, you’ll be able to see an LED flash, and below that lies the company’s branding. This handset sports a front-facing fingerprint scanner, which also serves as the phone’s home key, of course. Bezels are quite thin on this smartphone, comparable to the ones on the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, though many people are probably expecting OnePlus to trim those bezels further down, though we’ll see what will the company announce this year.
The back side of this smartphone is made out of metal, it seems, and the back side is slightly curved. Now, the designer created five different color variants of this smartphone, Gunmetal Gray, Midnight Black, Rose Gold, Red and Blue, all of which you can check out in the gallery down below. That being said, OnePlus already confirmed that the OnePlus 5 will be launching this summer, and if last year is any indication, the OnePlus 5 will arrive next month, in June. This handset will probably sport a 5.5-inch fullHD or QHD AMOLED display with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor will fuel the device. On the back of this phone, you’ll be able to find two 13-megapixel shooters, if rumors are anything to go by, and Android Nougat will come pre-installed on the device, along with OnePlus’ OxygenOS. That’s more or less it, stay tuned, more info will surface in the near future, and until that happens, we can enjoy in concept designs such as this one.
