OnePlus had confirmed that the OnePlus 5 is coming this summer, and the phone’s alleged sketches have just surfaced. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll get to see two sketch images which are, allegedly, showing off the upcoming OnePlus 5 flagship. These sketches actually look similar to a recently leaked render of the device, though there are some differences there, so we’re not exactly looking at two identical designs.
As you can see, in these images, the OnePlus 5 sports two camera sensors on the back. We’re looking at a vertical dual camera setup here, and a dual-LED flash is placed below those two camera shooters. Those two camera sensors and the LED flash are protruding on the back a bit, it seems, and the upper portion of the phone’s back is made out of ceramic. The device shown off here is made out of metal, and the alert slider is back, and it’s once again placed on the left, along with the phone’s volume up and volume down keys. The power button is located on the right-hand side of this smartphone, though we don’t get to see it in these images, as the right side of the phone has not been shown here. The device also sports a dual camera setup on the front, and the 3.5mm headphone jack is also a part of this package, and it is placed on the bottom of the device, though it’s one the left side this time around, while it was placed on the right side of the phone’s bottom on the OnePlus 3(T). A Type-C USB port is also visible in the second image down below, and the speaker grill is placed right next to it. You’ll also notice that the device offers really thin side-bezels, and its display seems to be flat.
That being said, the OnePlus 5 is expected to sport a 5.5-inch fullHD or QHD display, along with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of native storage. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core SoC will fuel the phone, and two 12-megapixel snappers will probably be included on the back of the OnePlus 5. Android Nougat will come pre-installed on the phone, and on top of it, you’ll get OnePlus’ OxygenOS UI.
