OPPO Confirms OPPO R11 Will Sport A Dual Camera Setup

The OPPO R11 surfaced on AnTuTu earlier today, and now the company has released an official teaser for their upcoming handset. In addition to that, OPPO also released a render of its upcoming smartphone, and by doing that, the company confirmed its partial design. This render confirms that the phone will sport two cameras on the back, as some previous leaks suggested. It is known what the phone will look like now, and we also have its specifications, though the company did not reveal when the phone will launch just yet.

If you take a look at the first image down below, you’ll get to see the company’s OPPO R11 teaser, though OPPO wrote ‘ OPPO R11’ on this image, so they basically confirmed that it is coming. Now, the aforementioned partial render that the company shared is actually OPPO’s profile image on Weibo (Chinese social network) at the moment, and that image also comes with the ‘OPPO R11’ banner. As you can see, the phone will be made out of metal, and its antenna lines are visible on the top of this render, though they’re really well tucked away, and are not easily noticeable. The dual camera setup on the back will protrude a bit, and next to those two sensors you’ll notice an LED flash. This render also confirms that a SIM card tray is located on the right-hand side of the device, and as you can see, this is a gold-colored OPPO R11, which also confirms that the phone will become available in that color variant. So, as you can see, OPPO shared quite a bit of official info with all of us by sharing this render, and chances are that the company will release this smartphone in the near future, along with its OPPO R11 Plus sibling.

Now, according to AnTuTu, the OPPO R11 will sport a fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 660 64-bit octa-core processor, along with the Adreno 512 GPU. A 20-megapixel shooter will be placed on the front side of the OPPO R11, and chances are that the phone will ship with a front-facing LED flash as well. One of the cameras on the back will pack in a 20-megapixel sensor, while it’s possible that the other one will boast a 12-megapixel unit. Android 7.1.1 Nougat will come pre-installed on the OPPO R11, and on top of it, you’ll be able to find OPPO’s Color OS skin. The OPPO R11 Plus variant will probably be identical to the OPPO R11 in every way, except for its size, it will sport a larger display and a larger battery as well, at least that’s what it seems like.
