The alleged Nokia 9 flagship had popped up on Geekbench with 8GB of RAM about a week ago, and the 4GB RAM variant of this phone has just surfaced on both Geekbench and AnTuTu. If you take a look at the provided images in the gallery down below, you will see both of these listings. The device is listed under the ‘Unknown Heart’ codename on Geekbench, and it managed to score 2,261 points in the single-core, and 7,621 points in the multi-core test. That being said, Geekbench also reports that the phone will sport 4GB of RAM, and that it will be fueled by the Snapdragon 835, though Qualcomm’s flagship SoC might be underclocked in the Nokia 9, at least according to Geekbench, as it runs at 1.9GHz.
Now, the Nokia 9 appeared under the ‘Nokia TA-1004’ codename on AnTuTu, and AnTuTu’s listing also reports that the Snapdragon 835 will fuel the device, while the phone will sport 4GB of RAM. AnTuTu also says that the device will pack in 64GB of internal storage, and that a QHD (2560 x 1440) display will be included here as well. A 13-megapixel shooter will be included on both the front and back side of this smartphone, and Android 7.1.1 Nougat will come pre-installed on it, with some additions by Nokia, but we’re looking at an almost stock version of Android here. That is pretty much all the info that Geekbench and AnTuTu shared, and it seems like we’ll be getting more than one variant of the Nokia 9, judging by the leaked info, we’ll get both 4GB and 8GB RAM models, which is quite interesting.
Now, according to some previously leaked info, the 8GB RAM model of the device will be released for some Asian markets, while the 4GB RAM variant will ship to the US and Europe. The Nokia 9 is expected to cost around $700 in the US and €750 in Europe, at least according to the leaked info, though take this info with a grain of salt, of course. We’re still not sure what display size will this phone ship with, but a 5.3-inch display had been mentioned in the past, but, on the other hand, so were 5.5-inch and 5.7-inch panels, so who knows.
