Honor had unveiled its new flagship, the Honor VIew 10, in India earlier this month, registrations for the sale of this smartphone commenced yesterday, and now the price point of the phone surfaced as well. A blog called ‘OnPhones’ shared a rather interesting image which was allegedly taken from Honor India’s official website. In this image, the Honor View 10 is listed along with a number of other Honor-branded devices, and below the phone, you will notice its price point. If this info is accurate, the device will cost Rs. 39,999 in India, which translates to $626, in case you’re wondering.
When we opened Honor India’s official website in order to check this info, the price of the device was not listed, the listing only says ‘Coming Soon’, and that’s it. OnPhones did mention that Honor India removed the Honor View 10’s price point, though, and that move more or less confirms that the phone will, indeed, costs Rs. 39,999 ($626) once it becomes available in the country. Back when the phone was announced in the country, Honor did confirm that the sales will commence on January 8, in case you were wondering. The Honor View 10 was announced in Black an Blue color options in India, and as you can see in the provided image, the device sports really thin bezels all around, despite the fact its fingerprint scanner is placed below the display. Honor’s branding can be found on the back of the phone, where the device’s dual camera setup is also located. The Honor View 10’s display sports rounded corners, while you’ll find all of the device’s physical keys on the right, while its SIM card tray sits on the left.
The Honor View 10 is made out of metal, and it sports a 5.99-inch fullHD+ FullView display. The device is fueled by the Kirin 970 64-bit octa-core processor, while the phone sports 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. Android 8.0 Oreo comes pre-installed on the phone, along with the company’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 8.0 skin. 20 and 16-megapixel shooters are included on the back of this phone, while you will find a single 13-megapixel camera on the device’s front side. A 3,750mAh non-removable battery is also a part of this package, as is Bluetooth 4.2 LE. Huawei’s Super Charge fast charging tech is also a part of the Honor View 10 package, and we’re looking at 5V/4.5A fast charging here.
