BLUBOO S3 Is A Galaxy S9 Look-Alike With An 8,300mAh Battery

BLUBOO is planning to launch the Galaxy S9 look-alike with an 8,300mAh non-removable battery. That sounds interesting no matter what way you spin it, and our source at the company has shared some additional info with us. This handset will be called the BLUBOO S3, and if the source is to be believed, this phone’s screen-to-body aspect ratio will be around 90 percent, which is rather high.

Now, the source has also shared several images with us, and you can check them out in the gallery down below. As you can see, the BLUBOO S3 will sport rather thin bezels, and it won’t be extra thick just because it packs in an 8,300mAh battery, but it certainly won’t be amongst the thinnest phones out there either. The source did not say how thick will the phone be, but from the provided images, you can see that it will ship with a dual camera setup on the back, and that a fingerprint scanner will be placed right below those two cameras. All of the device’s physical keys will be placed on the left, while the company’s branding will be included on the back of the device. A dual-LED, dual-tone flash will also be included on the back, and this phone will ship with a bottom-firing loudspeaker. The display of the BLUBOO S3 will sport rounded corners, though we still don’t know how large will that display be.

The device will be available in Midnight Dark and Champagne Gold color variants, both of which are included in the gallery down below, and that seems to be the final design of the BLUBOO S3, though we’re still not sure whether the bezels will be as thin as they look in the provided images. The device will also ship with 9V/3A fast charging, which should be able to fully charge the BLUBOO S3’s 8,300mAh battery in two and a half hours. The phone’s back side will be curved, and it seems like this phone will be aimed at power users, as that 8,300mAh battery will be hard to kill in a single day, no matter what your usage habits are. The BLUBOO S3 is said to launch at the end of February, as BLUBOO aims to launch it close to Galaxy S9’s release date.
