Additional Press Renders Leak For Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 Plus

Additional press renders have leaked for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, Samsung’s soon-to-be latest flagship smartphones in the Galaxy S series. Though the press renders are not really showing off anything new per se, they are giving a bit of a different view on the design of the two upcoming phones which Samsung is scheduled to unveil officially on February 25 during its ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ press conference at Mobile World Congress.

In the image above you can see the Galaxy S9 Plus, while in the image below you can see the Galaxy S9, both of which show the phone in the same two colors out of the four so far that have been leaked, which are the Lilac Purple and Midnight Black. In addition, the image of the Galaxy S9 Plus also shows the phone in the Titanium Gray color which has been previously leaked as well. What’s not included is an image of the Coral Blue, though this was leaked earlier this month. As expected the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus offer a single rear-facing camera and dual rear-facing cameras respectively, with fingerprint sensors now sitting below the camera modules and matching the colors of the phone just like they did on last year’s Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.

The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus are both rumored to be Samsung’s most expensive Galaxy S devices to date, with rumored pricing sitting above $1,000 in the U.S., though it is worth keeping in mind that prices are based on conversion rates from rumored costs from other regions like the UK and Norway. When Samsung actually announces the two new phones, it should also announce official U.S. pricing for unlocked models, while carriers will likely individually announce the pricing for their own versions at a later time as this is usually the case. Both the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus are rumored to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 for the U.S. model, and Samsung’s own Exynos 9810 CPU for international models. The phones are also rumored to come with 4GB and/or 6GB of RAM, as well as 64GB and 128GB internal storage.
