Leaked Image Shows All Four Samsung Galaxy S9 Colors

A newly leaked image shows all four colors of the Samsung Galaxy S9 next to each other, with a rumor stating that these are the four “official” colors of Samsung’s new flagship. In the image two of the phones are actually of the Galaxy S9 Plus, and thus far the only color which hasn’t seemingly popped up in a press render is the Silver model that’s shown in the bottom left corner of the image. The Black model surfaced on the web a week or two ago and is shown in the image up above, with the Lilac Purple having leaked last week, and the Coral Blue being the most recent, showing up in a leaked press render earlier this week.

While two of the phones shown are the Galaxy S9 and two are of the Galaxy S9 Plus, it’s likely that Samsung will be launching both models of the flagship in all four colors just as it did last year with the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. According to the rumor, the colors are officially called Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Coral Blue, and the Silver is actually said to be called Titanium Gray.

If all four of these colors are the official colors of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, it’s likely but not necessarily a guarantee that any retailers who pick up the two versions of the new flagship will sell all four colors. That said, most carriers and retailers who sold the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus following its launch in 2017 did carry all four colors so the same thing can be expected to happen with the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus as well. Samsung is expected to announce the two new devices at Mobile World Congress at the end of this month, on February 25 as per the company’s official confirmation that it would be unveiling the two new phones to the public on this date. Following the announcement, it’s rumored that the phones will go on sale about two weeks later, which means most consumers who are interested in the Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus could already be using the new phones by mid-March.
