The Meizu E3 real life image leaked a couple of days ago, and now the device surfaced on TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC), which essentially means that the phone got certified in China. The phone surfaced on TENAA in two variants, M851Q and M851M, and these two variants actually ship with the exact same spec sheet, they’re probably just different variants for Chinese carriers. Having said that, let’s see what will the Meizu E3 offer, shall we.
If you take a look at the provided images in the gallery down below, you will be able to see the device’s design, which we’ve actually seen already, as that same phone leaked in real life images a couple of days ago. The device will ship with a vertically-aligned dual camera setup on the back, while its bezels will be rather thin, and its display will sport rounded corners. This handset actually resembles the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus from the front, while it will be made out of metal. The Meizu E3 will ship with a side-facing fingerprint scanner, while its power / lock key will also be placed on the right, and its volume up and volume down buttons will sit on the left. TENAA also confirms that the Meizu E3 will sport a 5.99-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display, and a 3,300mAh non-removable battery. The phone will arrive in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants, if TENAA is to be believed, while 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage models will be available, and they will offer microSD card expansion.
Android 7.1.1 Nougat will come pre-installed on the Meizu E3, while you’ll get Meizu’s Flyme OS included on top of Google’s operating system. 20 and 12-megapixel snappers will be placed on the back of the phone, while a single 8-megapixel camera will sit on the phone’s front side. TENAA reports that the Meizu E3 will ship in Obsidian Black, Dark Blue, and Champagne Gold color variants, while the device will measure 156.8 x 75 x 7.6mm, and will weigh 163 grams, in case you were wondering.
