Following several teasers that KOOLNEE released for its upcoming ‘Rainbow’ smartphone, the company has just shared new official renders of the device, along with a new teaser video. If you look at the provided images down below, you will be able to see the KOOLNEE Rainbow in six color variant, Gold, Black, Blue, Purple, Red, and what seems to be some sort of a light coffee color.
Now, the KOOLNEE Rainbow has a rather interesting texture on the back, which resembles pattern that OnePlus’ Karbon case includes. You will be able to see that pattern if you check out the video that is embedded down below, as KOOLNEE shows off some close-up shots of the back side of the KOOLNEE Rainbow. In that video, you will also be able to see that all the physical keys are placed on the right-hand side of the KOOLNEE Rainbow, while the power / lock key is set below the phone’s volume rocker buttons. The back side of the phone is curved, and the device features a single camera on the back, while an LED flash sits right next to it. A loudspeaker is included on the bottom of the KOOLNEE Rainbow, while the company’s logo sits on the back of the device. Now, as far as specs are concerned, we do not have any info just yet, but you can expect this phone to be quite affordable, while the device will belong in either an entry-level category, or a mid-range one.
In addition to sharing new images of the device, and the aforementioned teaser video, KOOLNEE also launched a little contest, in form of a game. If you decide to participate, you have a chance to win a free copy of the KOOLNEE Rainbow. There are two steps included in this contest, first, you need to type in ‘KOOLNEE Rainbow’ in Google, and click on one of the first links that appear. Once one of those links gets over 500 clicks, KOOLNEE will release a new teaser on its official YouTube channel, and you will be required to leave a comment on that video. One of the users who leave a comment on the video will be contacted by the company, and receive a free KOOLNEE Rainbow. We are still not sure when will the KOOLNEE Rainbow become official, and go on sale, but that will probably happen soon.
