BLUBOO S3's Spec Sheet Confirmed; New Promo Video Published

BLUBOO has been teasing the arrival of the BLUBOO S3 handset for quite some time, and following an official hands-on video which was shared by the company at the end of last month. BLUBOO has just confirmed the phone’s spec sheet. Before we get into it, however, it is worth noting that the BLUBOO S3’s design is inspired by the Galaxy S9, which you may be able to tell by looking at the phone. On the back of the phone sit vertically-aligned dual cameras, and a fingerprint scanner is located right below, just like on the Galaxy S9, even the design is similar. BLUBOO’s logo also sits on the back of the phone, while the bezels on this phone are quite thin as well.

The BLUBOO S3 utilizes on-screen buttons, and there’s a rather interesting pattern on its back that the company included. The phone’s frame is made out of metal, and it sports a Type-C USB port on the bottom, where you’ll find its loudspeaker as well. One of the main selling points of this smartphone is its battery, as the device features an 8,500mAh non-removable battery unit, which supports 12V/2A fast charging, and it will take you about 2.5 hours to fully charge this battery, says BLUBOO. The phone features a 6-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) InCell display (91-percent screen-to-body ratio, claims the company), 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable native storage (expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card). MediaTek’s MT6750T 64-bit octa-core processor fuels this smartphone, and it’s clocked at 1.5GHz. 21 and 5-megapixel snappers can be found on the back of the phone, while a single 13-megapixel shooter sits on the device’s front side. BLUBOO used Samsung’s camera sensors in all three instances, by the way. This handset comes with support for both FDD-LTE and TD-LTE bands, while NFC is also a part of the package.

BLUBOO also confirmed that the phone will become available on April 18 via Banggood, while the company also said that it will be quite affordable, though it did not share its official price tag just yet. The phone is already listed on Banggood, though you cannot purchase it just yet, and it is currently listed for $199.99 on the website, though we’re not sure if it will be even more affordable starting on April 18, we’ll just have to wait and see, though it is possible that $199.99 is its official price tag. The phone is listed in both Black and Gold color variants, in case you were wondering. Now, it is also worth noting that the company has shared yet another official video for the device, and we’ve embedded it down below, for your convenience.
