This month’s list of Android tablets and 2-in-1 devices is somewhat similar to last month’s, but we do have some new gadgets included this time around, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and the Amazon Fire HD 8. Both of these devices are laptops, and they are not exactly high on the list, but they’re here. The Galaxy Tab S3 is still leading the pack, while it is followed closely by the Google Pixelbook and Samsung’s Chromebooks. If you’re interested in purchasing a new tablet or a 2-in-1 device in the near future, you may find this list useful, so read on if you’re interested.
10. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is one of the company’s more affordable tablet offerings. This tablet was announced back in May 2016, and it comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, but you will be able to upgrade it to Android 7.0 Nougat as soon as you fire it up. The device features a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 PLS LCD display, along with 2GB / 3GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB of native storage. It is worth saying that only its 2GB RAM variant with 16GB of native storage is currently available on Amazon, though, and if you’re interested in getting it, you’ll need to splash out $229.99.

9. Amazon Fire HD 8
The Amazon Fire HD 8 is one of the ‘Fire HD’ tablets Amazon announced a while back, 7-inch and 10-inch models are also available. The Amazon Fire HD 8 comes in both 16GB and 32GB storage variants, and the device sports an 8-inch HD (1280 x 800) display, as its name says. This gadget is fueled by the MediaTek MT8163 64-bit quad-core SoC, and it comes with 1.5GB of RAM. The device ships with a customized version of Android 5.1 Lollipop, while a 3,210mAh capacity battery is also included in the package. If you’d like to get the Amazon Fire HD 8, you’ll need to set aside $79.99 for the 16GB storage variant, and $99.99 for the 32GB storage model.

8. The ASUS Chromebook Flip C302
The ASUS Chromebook Flip C302 is a 2-in-1 Chromebook, this device acts as your Chrome OS-powered laptop, as well as a Chrome OS-powered tablet thanks to its touch-sensitive display. The ASUS Chromebook Flip C302 is definitely not amongst the most powerful Chromebooks out there, but it does have plenty to offer considering its price tag. The device sports a 12.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, while it comes with 4GB of RAM, and it is available in two SoC variants. The more affordable variant of the device is fueled by the Intel Core m3 processor, while the more expensive model comes with Intel’s Core m5 processor. 7. Amazon Fire HD 10
The Amazon Fire HD 10 is a slightly more expensive variant of the Fire HD 8 tablet, and it also comes with a larger display, as its name says. The Amazon Fire HD 10 features a 10-inch 1920 x 1200 display, along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of native storage. A customized version of Android 5.1 Lollipop is pre-installed on the device, while MediaTek’s MT8173 64-bit quad-core processor fuels this tablet. Now, both of these variants are available on Amazon, the 32GB storage variant of the Amazon HD Fire 10 tablet is currently priced at $149.99, while you will have to splash out $189.99 for the 64GB storage model.

6. Huawei MediaPad M3
The Huawei MediaPad M3 is next in line, this is Huawei’s most powerful tablet, and it is fueled by the Kirin 960 64-bit octa-core SoC, which is no longer the company’s flagship SoC, but it’s still quite powerful. This tablet is made out of metal, and it packs in an 8.4-inch 2560 x 1600 display, with 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of storage. It is still unknown whether Huawei will introduce the MediaPad M4 this year, or not, so the MediaPad M3 is your best choice as far as the company’s tablets are concerned. The 32GB storage variant of this tablet is currently priced at $264.80 on Amazon, while its counterpart with 64GB of storage costs $315.90.

5. Samsung Galaxy Tab S2
The Galaxy Tab S2 is no longer Samsung’s most powerful tablet, but it’s still a good option if you’re unwilling to splash out for the Galaxy Tab S3. This gadget comes with a physical home key which is located below its display, while there are two capacitive buttons include on its sides. The Galaxy Tab S2 actually comes in two variants, one has an 8-inch display, while the other one comes with a 9.7-inch panel. The Galaxy Tab S2 comes with 3GB of RAM, and two SoC models are available out there, one is fueled by the Snapdragon 652 SoC, while the other one comes with the Exynos 5433 processor. It is worth noting that only the 9.7-inch Tab S2 is currently available on Amazon.

4. Lenovo Yoga Book
The Lenovo Yoga Book has been announced quite some time ago, and yet, it’s still quite a compelling 2-in-1 gadget, if you’re in the market for one. The device features a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. An 8,500mAh battery is included in this package, and the Lenovo Yoga Book is fueled by the Intel Atom X5-Z8550 processor. Having said that, the device comes in both Windows OS and Android OS variants, and the Android variant of the Lenovo Yoga Book is currently discounted on Amazon, you can pick one up for only $286.20 ($499.99 is its original price tag).

3. Samsung Chromebook Plus & Pro
The Samsung Chromebook Plus and Pro are arguably the company’s two most compelling Chromebooks to date. These two gadgets have been available for purchase for a while now, and the ‘Plus’ model is inferior to the ‘Pro’ model. Both devices can offer Android applications, and both include 4GB of RAM, and a 12.3-inch 2400 x 1600 display. The Samsung Chromebook Pro does come with a more powerful processor than the Samsung Chromebook Plus, but it’s also noticeably more expensive. The ‘Pro’ model can be purchased for around $520, while you can get the ‘Plus’ model for around $420.

2. Google Pixelbook
The Google Pixelbook may even be the most premium Chromebook out there, but it’s also quite expensive. As its name says, this is Google’s very own Chromebook, and it comes in 8GB and 16GB RAM variants. Google actually sells two different SoC models of this Chromebook as well, so you have a variant with the Intel Core i5 at your disposal, and the same can be said for the Intel Core i7 SoC variant. The Intel Core i5 model with 128GB of storage costs $899, while a model with that same SoC and 256GB of storage can be purchased for $1,099. The Google Chromebook Pixel with Intel Core i7 SoC and 512GB of storage costs $1,549 on Amazon.
