OnePlus had confirmed a while back that the Avengers Limited Edition OnePlus 6 will be announced along with a regular OnePlus 6 model in India on May 17, and now the phone’s retail packaging surfaced. If you take a look at the provided image, you will be able to see an alleged OnePlus 6 Avengers Limited Edition packaging, Marvel’s ‘Avengers’ logo is placed on the top of the box, while the OnePlus 6 branding is included on the side. Unfortunately, the device itself did not pop up just yet, nor did this leak shared any additional info about the device.
That being said, if the company’s previous ‘Limited Edition’ devices are any indication, this variant of the OnePlus 6 will sport the same exact specs as the regular model, though it will be available in fewer variants. The OnePlus 6 Avengers Limited Edition phone will probably include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the phone will sport a somewhat different design compared to the regular OnePlus 6. The Star Wars OnePlus 5T came with a sandstone white back, while it also sported Star Wars branding on there, well, the Avengers OnePlus 6 will also include Avengers branding, while its back side will almost certainly be noticeably different compared to the regular OnePlus 6. The OnePlus 6 will be made out of metal and glass, that much had been confirmed, so the Avengers OnePlus 6 may ship with some other, grippier material, unless OnePlus opts to include metal on the back, of course, though based on the teaser that the company published a while back, that won’t be the case.
The OnePlus 6 will come with a display not, while it will be fueled by the Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core processor. The device will be available in both 6GB and 8GB RAM variants (regular model), while Android 8.1 Oreo will come pre-installed on the phone, along with OnePlus’ OyxgenOS skin. The phone will include some sort of an IP rating for water and dust resistance, while OnePlus’ Dash Charge fast charging will make a comeback as well. The OnePlus 6 is expected to sport a 6.28-inch fullHD+ display, and we’re looking at an OLED panel once again.
