LG Q7 & Q7 Plus Price Points Revealed By The Company

LG had introduced its Q7 smartphones at the end of last month, but back then, we had no idea how much those devices will cost… well, that’s changed now, as the Q7 handsets have been announced in LG’s homeland along with their price points. Truth be said, LG had launched only two out of three Q7 smartphones, the Q7 and Q7 Plus, while the Q7α was omitted for one reason or the other.

The LG Q7 comes in Aurora Black and Lavender Violet color variants to Korea, and it is priced at 495.000 Korean Won ($456). The LG Q7 Plus, on the other hand, comes in Moroccan Blue color, and it costs 570,000 Korean Won ($526). Both of these devices will be available via all three major carriers in Korea, and the phone will become available in Europe later this month, while the Americas and Asia will follow soon after, LG announced. Now, in terms of the design, the LG Q7 and Q7 Plus are completely identical one to the other. Both devices sport a single camera on the back, below which you’ll notice an LED flash and a fingerprint scanner. The LG Q7 smartphones sports really thin bezels as well, especially for budget phones, and their displays come with rounded corners. The power / lock key is located on the right-hand side of the LG Q7, while the volume up and down buttons sit on the left. The LG Q7’s frame is made out of metal, while a 3.5mm headphone jack sits on the bottom of the phone.

These two handsets do come with similar specs as well, they’re both fueled by the same SoC, the Snapdragon 450 64-bit octa-core SoC, while they both sport a 5.5-inch fullHD (2160 x 1080) FullVision display up front. Android 8.0 Oreo comes pre-installed on both phones with LG’s custom UI on top of it, while there are two SIM card slots included on the inside of the two devices. A 3,000mAh battery sits on the inside of both phones as well, and it supports wireless charging. The LG Q7 and Q7 Plus are both IP68 certified for water and dust resistance, while they both come with MIL-STD 810G certification as well. The LG Q7 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage, while the LG Q7 Plus features 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. A 13-megapixel camera is included on the back of the LG Q7, while a 16-megapixel camera sits on the back of the LG Q7 Plus, while both devices come with a 5-megapixel (100-degree wide-angle lens) front-facing camera.
